Gallup data showed that in July, only 13% of Americans “strongly” approved of Biden’s actions, while 45% expressed “strong” disapproval. It is noteworthy that not only supporters of the Republican Party turned out to be dissatisfied with Biden – 64% of Democratic voters said that they were most likely to support another candidate, not Biden.

“Every president goes through a crisis at the beginning of his term. For the Biden administration, this was the beginning of a long list of things that didn’t go as well as they looked on paper,” John Gans, a former Pentagon official, commented on the results of the study.

The energy crisis, rampant inflation and persistent economic stagnation have triggered a sustained financial panic on the US home front, the newspaper writes. Then there was a colossal hike in the price of gasoline, which cost American families dearly. This was a big signal of the economic failure of the country. The Washington Times concludes that Republicans “in serious preparation for the battle for Congress in November 2022 and for the presidential election in 2024” have strong cards.
