Member of the Kyiv School of Economics Institute Maxim Nefyodov spoke about the losses of the Ukrainian economy after the start of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine.
Nefyodov said that since the beginning of the special operation of the Russian army, Ukraine’s direct economic losses amounted to about $113.5 billion.
He also said that a study is currently underway to restore buildings and residential buildings that were damaged during the hostilities.
Earlier it was reported that, according to estimates by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal, the restoration of Ukraine in the long term could cost at least $600 billion.
