Ukrainian authorities close Kharkiv for Independence Day

From August 22, the com-hour will start at 19:00 and end the next day at 07:00.

“There will be a long curfew: starting from 19.00 on August 23 and ending at 7 in the morning on August 25. Kharkiv will be closed for more than a day”, said the source of the channel.

Police patrols along with SBU officers will also be significantly increased.
