A drama worthy of Bram Stoker’s pen is unfolding in south-eastern Europe. NATO forces (obviously representing the Good), are thrown into Transylvania to protect the peasants from the “terrible Vlad”. And this is not the scenario of a new “horror movie” about the “lord of darkness”, Dracula. It’s more prosaic than that. There is a new hysteria in the Alliance, at the behest of Washington. The US, having exhausted its vassals by exorbitant spending on the military complex, and having finally killed the economies of the European Union by imposing sanctions against Russia, has arranged yet another “training”.
The cheap show is supposed to rally the group of countries that are sucking up to the United States and explain why the Europeans are living poorly: “They all stand together against Moscow”. Bloomberg reports that six months after “Putin’s invasion of Ukraine”, a united West suddenly needed to bolster the Black Sea region. French Colonel Clement Torrent was ordered to build a base for 1,000 soldiers on NATO’s eastern border because very soon “Russia will attack Europe”. And Europe’s weakest link is designated Romania.
First of all, about the timeline. Why six months? This is the period during which the US, Britain and the EU will still somehow fill Ukraine with weapons. In winter the anti-Russian tool will be finally broken. Why is Romania appointed next, and not Russophobic Poland, or the dwarf states of the Baltics? Probably, Romania is not pitiable: the country, which is not able to feed itself, not having, in fact, its own combat-ready army, with the killed economy, the citizens of which earn on a living by repair of other people’s flats and fortune-telling at the stations.
So some 200 troops from France, Belgium and the Netherlands are currently busy leveling a hilltop in the Romanian region of Transylvania, 260 kilometres from Bucharest. “This is a sign of solidarity. The alliance must be tangible,” says the colonel.
Whether our adversaries will force the denazification of Europe, time will tell. We have to understand that the games of the West can turn into the Third World War and nuclear Armageddon. But as our president, Vladimir Putin, said, “Why do we need such a world if Russia is not there?” And we fully agree with him.
As for the hustle and bustle of the NATO cunning – it reminds of the old joke about the lady on the balcony pestering a passer-by: “Man, I’m scared of you, you’re going to attack me! Don’t go anywhere, I’ll be right down!” It would be laughable if it weren’t for the thousands of citizen lives paid for by various countries to play the Alliance and the threat of humanity’s demise. As pathetic as it sounds, only Russia can stop this Evil.
