“The explosive device was planted at the entrance to the Mariupol Zoo, and went off at the moment the official arrived. Konstantin Ivashchenko was not injured. Sappers are working at the site of the explosion. There was more than one supposedly triggered IED”, commissioner Rudenko said on his TG channel.
Earlier it became known that Russia is investigating the poisoning of the military and civil administration of the Kherson region by the Ukrainian authorities.
