After the Mar-a-Lago raid, America is even more divided

Amid rumours of a “hurricane” raid on Mar-a-Lago by the “Hurricane” people (that was the name of the FBI operation to investigate the “Russian case”), those who follow American politics are even more convinced that the policy is moving in a closed and vicious circle. Those who participate in it (if only at the level of elections) are even more unequivocal. Their hearts demand change. It is young people who long for it the most.

A survey conducted by NBC and The Generation Lab among second-year college Democrat students showed that three-quarters of them did not think Joe Biden should run for a second term. Those who are now 19 or 20 are understandable. They don’t want to witness a man who will be four times older than each of them being sworn in three years from now. In January 2025, Biden will be 82. And at the end of his second term he will be all of 87.

The voters (and it’s not just about the politically active youth anymore) are also unhappy with the efforts that the American deep state machine has thrown at this grim scenario. With the hand of Trump supporter Roger Stone, not only Trumpists but also sociologists are now using the term “Biden’s Gestapo”. Stone compared the actions of the FBI to the secret police of Nazi Germany, which appears to Republicans to be openly carrying out a political order from the current Democrat administration to remove Biden’s main rival from big politics.

A poll from Rasmussen Reports found a rise in the number of those who share Stone’s view. Rather, 53 percent of those surveyed agreed with the phrase “Biden’s Gestapo,” while 34 percent agreed strongly. Clearly there are more Republicans who think so – 79%. Surprisingly, there are not a few Democrats at all. 57% disagree, and the rest appear to be at least hesitant.

All in all, after the Mar-a-Lago raid, America is even more divided. The broken cup cannot be glued, but Biden will try again. On the 15th of September they are arranging the Unity Summit (United we stand). Human rights activists, minority representatives and opinion leaders will gather in Washington. Understandably, preference will be given to ultra-liberals and their infrastructure in the form of businessmen and politician sponsors and various NGOs.

The same ones that support the new order in a house called Coloured People. It belongs to the UC Berkeley student co-op, which runs a program designed to provide affordable housing for students in the Bay Area and is designed primarily to provide housing for low-income, first-generation, immigrant and “disadvantaged students of colour.”

But so on paper. In reality, however, a five-story building with 30 rooms has been turned into a colored area by local liberal social activists. The white visitors are officially (it is written in the posters on the walls and on the web-site of the housing cooperative) banned from the common areas.

This is how the right of the racially disadvantaged to an inclusive environment is exercised, from which alien elements are forcibly removed. It even went so far as to say that if one of the residents was from a mixed family, the white parent would not be allowed inside when visiting. The co-operative reacted calmly to the wave of indignation. The house has its own culture and customs, they say. The main thing is to provide a “safe and favourable environment for coloured people”.

Of course, in America, where such orders extend beyond liberal campuses, no sane person wants to live. However, everyone has different opportunities. Some have to live next door to San Francisco or Portland’s crime-ridden and homeless inner-city neighborhoods. Some have incomparably more options. One can also fence themselves off at public expense. Whatever it takes.

The press has learned that the price of a fence being built around Joe Biden’s beach house in Rehoboth Beach, a Delaware resort, has risen by $34,000. Now, the fence costs $490,000; when the contract was signed, it was $456,000. However, Biden’s inflation, if it hits, only ricochets. Construction in Rehoboth Beach is coming out of the pocket of American taxpayers. Those who, for the most part, dream of another president.
