Indonesian President Widodo said Putin plans to attend the G20 summit in Bali on November 15-16.
Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to attend the G20 summit in Bali in November, Indonesian President Joko Widodo told Bloomberg news agency. Chinese President Xi Jinping will also attend the summit, he said.
“President Putin told me he would come,” the Indonesian leader said.
The day before, Putin spoke to Widodo by telephone, according to the Kremlin press service, talking about food security. They also discussed preparations for the G20 summit to be held in Indonesia in November.
