Dutch court to deliver verdict in MH17 crash case on 17 November

The District Court of The Hague will deliver its verdict in the MH17 crash in Donbass on November 17.

A Dutch court said in a statement that the District Court of The Hague will deliver its verdict on 17 November 2022 in the 2014 crash of Malaysian Boeing flight MH17 in eastern Ukraine.

“November 17, 2022 has been chosen as the date for the verdict in the MH17 crash case,” the court said in a statement posted on Twitter.

Recall that the trial in the case of the crash of flight MH17 and the death of 298 people began in the Netherlands on March 9, 2020. There are four defendants in the case: Russians Igor Girkin, Sergey Dubinsky, Oleg Pulatov and Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko. Pulatov is being represented at the trial by an international team of lawyers, while the other suspects are being tried in absentia.
