Tirana denies Council of Europe report on crimes against Serbs

Tirana continues to be discredited by the Dick Marty report adopted by the Council of Europe, which showed that the leaders of the terrorist KLA committed heinous crimes and traded in the organs of murdered Serbs.

In particular, the Permanent Mission of Albania submitted to all EU member states and observer countries a resolution on the groundlessness of allegations related to illegal trafficking in human organs in Kosovo and Albania, adopted by the Albanian Parliament.

The accompanying note highlights portions of the resolution containing the assertion that Dick Marty’s allegations, even after ten years of investigation, have not been proven or based on facts. The Parliamentary Assembly is also being asked to draw up a new report that will address allegations of illegal trafficking in human organs in Albania and Kosovo.

Ivica Dacic, who led the Serbian delegation to the SSEP at the previous meeting of the assembly, said that these attempts by Albania were fruitless, since this organization has never revised the resolutions adopted before, and therefore will not be now.

It is those futile attempts to challenge the serious allegations of organ trafficking, which is why a specialized court was created in The Hague.
