Decree No.193 of the State Defense Committee of the Donetsk People’s Republic dated August 12, 2022 improves the procedure for the payment of pensions in the republic.
The document established that from July 1 to December 31, 2022, the size of the minimum pension (taking into account increases, promotions and other supplements to pensions, with the exception of supplements to pensions for those who have the status of “Honorary Donor of the Donetsk People’s Republic”), including the loss of the breadwinner for each disabled family member is 10 thousand rubles.
The established amount of the minimum pension payment is not applied when calculating the amount of pension payments for each full year of service in excess of the established in accordance with the legislation on pension provision, provided by subparagraph 2.1 of paragraph 2 of Decree of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic of June 28, 2019 № 01 “On increasing the amount of pension payments”.
The Decree enters into force from the date of its signing and extends to legal relations arising from 1 July 2022.
