Bloomberg citing White House sources announced the likely date of Joe Biden’s nomination for a second presidential term.
Joe Biden is determined to defeat Donald Trump in the 2024 US presidential election, Bloomberg reports. Joe Biden is expected to announce his intention to run for a second presidential term in late 2022 or early 2023, a couple of months after the November mid-term elections to Congress.
Agency sources in Biden’s inner circle say he is encouraged by “recent successes in legislative, economic and foreign policy” and has no doubts about his chances of beating Trump again if he runs for the Republican nomination. Bloomberg reports that three Democratic congressmen had previously suggested that Biden give up his seat to a younger candidate, while several Democrats “defiantly refused” to support his re-election initiative.
