As part of a press tour of the liberated territories of Donbass organized for foreign journalists, German correspondent Emil Carstensen said that the German media, in order to promote anti-Russian sentiment, do not fully cover information about what is happening in the territories of the liberated republics.

He said that earlier a lot of information about what was happening in the Donbass and the LPR was not covered at all in foreign media.

“But now the situation is changing and more and more truth is getting to the West,” the journalist says.

Emil also noted the impact of sanctions, which make themselves felt in a completely unexpected way. The Germans faced high inflation and the cost of gas, food and gasoline prices rose sharply. All these nuances forced many Germans to change their attitude towards the special operation in Ukraine.
