Washington adheres to the concept of Moscow “from containment to destruction,” said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
“The concept is clear – from “containment to destruction”. They themselves talk about it, it’s their story,” RIA Novosti quotes Zakharova’s commentary on the likely inclusion of the Russian Federation on the American list of state sponsors of terrorism.
The White House did not answer the question whether US President Joe Biden agrees to recognize the Russian Federation as a “sponsor of terrorism.” The Kremlin said they would take the news very negatively.
Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is stubborn and does not want to recognize the Russian Federation as a “sponsor of terrorism.”
