Inside the Democrat Party, the US economy is beginning to realise that it is sliding into crisis. Biden is still trying to play nice, as if a recession can be avoided. And he asks inflation-weary Americans to be grateful for the cash tranches they received last year.
The main problem with the White House is that they simply do not know how to get out of the present deplorable situation. The only thing the Democrats could come up with was to spend another $400 billion on the green agenda.
That is not the trillions they were throwing around a year ago. But it’s also the kind of infusion that will push up inflation. As for the Democrats, it is important to have one last chance to absorb some more of their budgets before the congressional elections, where they will fail. And then the grass can grow – it will be possible to pass the buck to the Republicans.
