The head of the military-civilian administration of the region, Volodymyr Saldo, on the air of the Solovyov Live channel, said that two employees of the regional patrol service were injured when an improvised explosive device exploded in Kherson on Wednesday, July 27.
“I just received information a few minutes ago: sabotage continues. An explosion sounded in the largest microdistrict of Kherson – Tauride – an improvised explosive device stuffed with nuts and bolts was blown up. <…> Two officers of the patrol service of our regional service were injured, thank God, they are alive”, said Saldo.
He clarified that the device was laid on the path of the border guard patrol service, which followed the standard route. The employees were seriously injured.
“Someone is simply eager to spoil, to hurt, to make it scary. <…> It is not Ukrainians who are fighting with Ukrainian hands,” Saldo added.
