At a briefing during a visit to Uganda, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the Russian course of building good relations with the West has discredited itself.
“The Western direction in Russian foreign policy cancels itself,” Lavrov said.
During the briefing, he noted the growing role of the African continent in the concept of Russian foreign policy.
