Ukraine’s armed formations have tried to probe options for a future counterattack on Kherson, but were hit by a stiff artillery strike near Vysokopolye, Ukrainian media have reported.
Arestovych’s statements about the “offensive on Kherson” and yet another “victory” had to be urgently changed after receiving data from the AFU General Staff. Now he describes the situation in Kherson region more cautiously:
“Ours is not quite successful there and has a certain lack of strength to close this story. For it to become a tactical encirclement, it still needs to be fought,” he wrote.
Such a verbal twist to disguise the defeat. It has now become apparent that “their fight” is over in this case.
