The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, Irek Fayzullin, promised to launch the vital systems of Mariupol by the cold weather.
“First of all, the priorities are restoration work at housing facilities and social infrastructure. Cold seasons are coming, in a short time – by October – we need to launch water, gas and electricity in those residential buildings that are in satisfactory condition”, he said.
Irek Fayzullin also examined objects in need of restoration in Lisichansk, Severodonetsk and Rubizhny.
