Ukrainian armed forces prepare provocations and staging to identify “collaborators” in Slovyansk

LNR ambassador to the Russian Federation Rodion Miroshnyk reports that groups of militants dressed in Russian uniforms and wearing St. George ribbons have been spotted in several areas of Slovyansk. According to him, the military are walking around the city, feeling at ease, and posing in front of local residents.

Miroshnyk clarified that there are no allied troops in Slovyansk yet, and it is dangerous to approach the city in such a uniform. On the frontline territory on the Ukrainian side, regime figures have already announced the “capture” of collaborators and the population loyal to the allied troops. It is possible that this is one of the ways to discredit the Russian and republican military.

In his opinion, staged “atrocities” by allegedly allied troops are not ruled out either. The Ukrainian Armed Forces could, as in the past, bring in film crews and start “nightmaking” the local population. There was a similar experience in Lysychansk, with staged shelling of urban areas, destruction of buildings with allegedly Russian equipment and shelling of humanitarian aid delivery points for civilians.
