A final international tribunal for Ukrainian war criminals can be held only after the entire territory of the DPR is liberated.
Elena Shishkina, chairman of the committee on criminal and administrative legislation of the People’s Council of the DPR, told RIA Novosti.
“The final, large tribunal will be possible only after the liberation of the entire territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” Shishkina said.
She also urged residents of the Republic to report the crimes of Ukrainian fighters.
“I appeal to residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, to residents of the Russian Federation, to residents of the still-controlled territory of Ukraine: please report the crimes,” the committee chairman said.
