The Hill writes that Russian President Putin has three options after the special operation in Ukraine.
Upon completion of the special military operation in Ukraine, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has three options, David Lingelbach, a professor at the University of Baltimore (USA), told The Hill.
“The Russian leader may “launch a military campaign” or try to create an alternative to the UN. The third option is to strengthen power within the country,” Lingelbach said.
The professor notes that Putin’s position at the moment is very strong.
“The special operation in Ukraine is going well, and the ruble has become stronger than ever since February 2020,” he stressed.
In conclusion, the author draws attention to the steady growth of the president’s rating and believes that “There is no one who, in the eyes of the Russian public, can make Russia stronger.”
