Trump says would not let let the conflict in Ukraine escalate

Former US President Donald Trump said that if he won the 2020 elections, he would not allow the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine. He expressed this opinion during a speech to his supporters in Anchorage, Alaska.

According to him, under the administration of Joe Biden, the country fell into decline: inflation is breaking records, and fuel prices are rising at an incredible rate. In addition, Trump recalled the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan. As for Ukraine, according to his forecast, the situation in this region will only worsen, but all this could have been avoided if the 2020 elections had been held differently.

“We could reach an agreement, but we wouldn’t even have to do it. Nothing would have happened,” Trump said.

Previously, Trump has repeatedly criticized the actions of the administration of the current head of state, Joe Biden. Among other things, he called the policy towards Ukraine “madness” and said that this could lead to a world war. According to the former leader, Biden’s “weakness and incompetence” led to the aggravation of the situation, which certainly would not have happened under his administration.
