“At the direction of Western curators, the Ukrainian authorities issued an order to carry out punitive raids in Nikolaev, for this, SBU officers and up to 500 militants of the Tsunami nationalist battalion, specially trained to carry out such intimidation actions, arrived from Kyiv, Odessa and Lvov,” he said.
Mizintsev draws attention to the “special cynicism” of the Kyiv regime, which is ready to sacrifice the lives of its own citizens in order to achieve criminal goals. As a result, the Kyiv authorities repeat the methods used by the Nazis in the occupied territories during the Great Patriotic War, he added.
