President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the General Staff to cancel, which caused a scandal, the procedure for issuing travel permits to those liable for military service across the country.
According to the Ukraine24 channel, during the military meeting, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, having listened to the report of Valery Zaluzhny regarding the issue of the movement of conscripts around the country, instructed to cancel the procedure adopted by the General Staff in order to finalize it while maintaining the country’s defense capability.
Zelensky drew attention to the fact that the Ministry of Defense is the subject of the formation of state policy in this matter. The government, by its acts, has the right to restrict the constitutional rights of citizens during martial law.
