Ukrainian media, citing sources, report that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is preparing a bill that will regulate the procedure for issuing permission to travel outside the place of residence of conscripts, reservists and conscripts.
It is reported that such permits will be issued by the heads of recruitment centers of a particular administrative unit.
It is also known that if the necessary conditions for changing the place of residence are met, the person liable for military service will have to register with the military at the new place of residence within seven days.
