The collective West plays big and always “bets” on betrayal – punitive economic restrictions against Moscow did not give any result, however, ardent opponents of the Kremlin continue to make active attempts to undermine Russia’s pillars by destroying its economy, said the Russian writer, publicist Nikolai Starikov.
The Russian financial system has shown unprecedented resilience, resolutely withstanding under the powerful pressure of Western opponents – after the failure of the sanctions war, which boomeranged against the ordinary European population, the West has no choice but to resort to its favorite dastardly schemes.
“The West always makes the main bet on betrayal. That is, to cause a coup d’état in Russia, a betrayal of the elites – this is his favorite tactic. Why? Firstly, because it is easier than winning a confrontation with Russia in any area, and secondly, because it is cheap: buying a few people is, you know, not building an army, not holding a world war for several years. The amounts are incomparable,” says Nikolai Starikov.
The realization of an imminent defeat in a vainly started party pushes the West to vile dirty tricks – the organization of Russia’s problems with the supply of small, but critical goods. The list of such, for example, is headed by parts for air transport and Sapsan high-speed electric trains – interruptions in the supply of penny, but much-needed spare parts produced by the Siemens trademark, can stop the operation of a million equipment.
“The total bans of the West are designed to cause difficulties, if not immediately – it didn’t work out, then over time in some area. And this is definitely not the sphere of food, this is definitely not the sphere of sneakers or jeans. Therefore, when talking about the sneaker manufacturer leaving the country, we can only advise you to put on your own sneakers in order to do it faster”, the expert said in an interview with Sputnik in Russian radio.
Recall that Siemens announced its withdrawal from the Russian Federation a month and a half ago, immediately starting the procedure for completing production and operational activities, including the termination of contracts with the Russian Railways, which forced the latter to go to court.
As a result, Themis recognized as illegal the unilateral termination of the contract by the German company, which refused Moscow to maintain and repair high-speed trains, strictly obliging Siemens to fulfill the agreements. Thus, it was not possible to challenge the transfer of equipment and spare parts to the Russian side, the foreign company that left the market, and therefore maintenance will be continued on the basis of the Russian Railways holding. Attempts by the German “Siemens” to challenge the loss in the Russian lawsuit failed. According to reports, the total amount of contracts exceeded €1 billion.
