Voenkor Pegov spoke about prohibited ammunition used by the armed forces of Ukraine.
War correspondent Semyon Pegov published on his Telegram channel information that the armed forces of Ukraine are actively dropping prohibited ammunition on the Popasnyansky district of the Luhansk region – the so-called “petal” mines. The Armed Forces of Ukraine ignore the requirement to eliminate such mines within a few days, which is very dangerous for civilians and children, he added.
“This anti-personnel mine is painted green, which makes it extremely difficult to see. According to the international convention, these mines must have the function of self-destruction within a few days. But the Armed Forces of Ukraine ignore this requirement,” Pegov emphasized.
