The Prime Minister of Estonia said that the inhabitants of Russia should suffer from the sanctions of the West.
Thus, Kaya Kallas, in an interview with The Associated Press, dismissed criticism that sanctions seem to hurt ordinary Russians, but cannot “contain Putin.”
“I still think that the consequences of the sanctions should also be felt by the Russian population, because, if you look, support for Putin is very high,” she said.
