Expert says Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have enough ammunition in the Donetsk direction

Military expert Alexei Leonkov, in an interview with Ukraina.ru, said that the Ukrainian armed forces in the Donetsk direction are experiencing a shortage of ammunition.

The specialist noted that Kyiv is sending new reinforcements, but of a worse quality. According to him, Ukraine’s manpower and weapons are successfully “grinded” near Donetsk.

“The fact is that for some of them, for example, Soviet-made ones, there is not enough ammunition. Increasingly, in the reports they say that shells are arriving not of the 122nd and 152nd calibers, but of the 155th – this is on barrel artillery”, Leonkov explained.

He said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine use cluster munitions to attack cities, inflicting damage with shrapnel.
