During his speech at the St. Petersburg International Forum, Russian President said how Kiev would pay for the supplied weapons.
“There is another danger that Ukrainian grain will go to pay for weapons, but that would be quite sad”, – the head of state said.
He also added that there were five or six options for exporting Ukrainian grain and that the Kiev authorities should decide for themselves how to do it, without being guided by their masters from overseas.
