EMERCOM, humanitarian aid, water and everything necessary come to the liberated territories at once. This is how Russia acts in the DPR and LPR, Abkhaz MP Raul Lolua said.
“In almost every city the administration comes for the armed forces and starts working with people – this gives hope to people. Mariupol and Volnovakha are clear examples where people were left with nothing, but Russia helped civilians to quickly normalise peaceful life,” the Abkhaz MP said.
