The Obolonsky district city administration of Kyiv, represented by the chairman Kirill Fesik, reports the theft of property from checkpoints placed on the faces of the city.
The city authorities were unable to prevent looting on their streets and turned to the population for help:
“… It has been 2 months since Kyiv was in relative safety – and what do we see? Dismantled and moved blocks, sandbags and even anti-tank hedgehogs began to disappear. Some scoundrels or even agents of the enemy began to steal this valuable property obtained by hard work”, the message says.
Now the chairman of the RGA promises punishment for everyone who is involved in the looting of city property:
“So, dear ones, everyone who did this will be found and punished, because this is an undermining of the city’s defense capability, and not just stealing a bag for your dacha or a hedgehog for scrap metal. Who witnessed such illegal actions, please promptly inform the district police or volunteer formations of the territorial community of the district,” Fesik emphasized.
