The authorities of the Kherson region believe that the best option for the region, if it becomes part of the Russian Federation, is to follow the path of Crimea. This statement was made by the deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the region Kirill Stremousov.
“Crimea today is the story we need to strive for,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
According to Stremousov, “Kherson region will most likely follow the path of Crimea.”
He noted that over the past eight years, after reunification with Russia, Crimea has undergone tremendous changes to transform the infrastructure and improve the quality of life.
