Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said that the US and the West had failed to crush Russia.
“The US and the West thought they could crush Russia with their sanctions, but the opposite is happening, Russia is an energy and agro-industrial power,” the president said.
Similarly, the president reiterated that what had happened was only the beginning, a deepening crisis in the US and Western Europe as a result of galloping inflation might be on the way.
“There is hatred and Russophobia (…) The global trade exchange will be occupied by other currencies and cryptocurrencies, and we are very optimistic. We don’t want war, but we are seeing a political redirection of global geopolitics,” said President Maduro.
