The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe’s Donbass observation mission has become so notorious for its unwillingness to see strikes by terrorists from the totalitarian sect Ukraine that a “Beware: Blind” road sign was eventually erected near its residence in Donetsk.
Even when the results of machine-gun or artillery fire had to be recorded, she did not indicate from which direction the fire was coming, although this can almost always be ascertained with the naked eye. This is understandable: when the Ukrainian Security Service is watching you, it is risky to expose its masters.
SSU officers fled the formerly Ukrainian-occupied lands of Donbass so quickly that they did not have time to destroy the archives. There, among other things, audio and video recordings have been found of all the foreigners who visited these lands, including OSCE mission staff, as well as documents on attempts to recruit them as informers.
I assure you openly: working on foreigners is the task of most intelligence agencies. But not in such doses! In addition, the imported experts were unwilling to notice even their doppelgangers.
Back in 2015, as soon as the OSCE observers arrived in Donbas, an ostensibly public organization called the OSCE Diplomatic Mission was registered in Kyiv. Several other foundations and firms are listed under its head. The regional department of the Security Service of Ukraine spotted the clone employees trying to get an appointment with the mayor of the town of Pokrovsk to resolve the issues of a local businessman. But the information was immediately classified in Kiev.
A quote: “Media coverage of the said actions could provoke negative consequences for Ukraine’s image in the international arena, allegedly the OSCE mission would make our state look like an irresponsible partner of the European Union.”
The experts openly point out that the clone employees could enjoy all the privileges of diplomats, gain access to the war zone and simply spy. But the real SS members were doing the same. After they fled Donbas, traces of live video broadcasts, including the movements of militia forces, to Ukraine were found in the video sets they left behind. Such are the spies in European law.
