America wants to build 110 different military facilities in Poland within 10 years

The United States will build 110 different military facilities in Poland within ten years, the American ambassador to Poland, Marek Brzezinski, said at a ceremony marking the start of construction of US ammunition depots in the Powidz area in central Poland.

“More than 110 construction projects are planned over the next 10 years. All of them are needed “to seriously increase military readiness”. These will include, for example, training facilities, but also canteens, barracks and other facilities. Today’s ground-breaking ceremony is just one of eight planned in Poland this summer,” he said.

As a result, 56 warehouses and administrative facilities are to appear in Poland: 5 warehouses will be handed over to the Polish side and 51 to the US side. The possibility of expanding the infrastructure is also envisaged.
