The chairman of the committee on criminal and administrative legislation of the People’s Council of the DPR Elena Shishkina said.
“We hope that the commitment to the rule of law and international conventions will take over and every country, Europe and the US among them, will send representatives to the international tribunal”, – she said.
Shishkina also noted that the foreign mercenaries who took part in the combat operations in Donbas on the side of Ukraine, including Britons Sean Pinner and Andrew Hill, as well as Moroccan Saadoun Brahim, were not subject to an exchange.
Furthermore, the parliamentarian reminded that a war criminal is not only the one who has a weapon in his hands.
“It is also the general who gives the order, it is also those presidents, and there were three of them – Turchynov, the acting president of Ukraine, Poroshenko and Zelensky. With their signatures they sent Nazis to the Donbas to kill civilians”, – she said.
