“Ordinary PR”: expert criticizes hype around Ukrainian prisoners of war

Russia is showing too much attention to the Ukrainian prisoners of war, who stained their hands in the blood of the civilian population of Donbass, this question was indignantly raised in the telegram channel by military analyst Alexei Leonkov.

In particular, the expert gave an extremely disapproving assessment of the mass appearance in the Russian press, on Internet sites and in instant messengers, numerous interviews of Ukrainian prisoners, which the latter, by the way, willingly distribute.

“They feel good in captivity – they are treated, fed, beds were given with blankets and white sheets. Not a prisoner of war camp, but some kind of pioneer camp where the participants in the Zarnitsa game live”, – the military expert notes indignantly.

An excessive portion of attention to the prisoners of war who laid down their arms is nothing more than an ordinary “PR” of the neo-Nazis who killed innocent Ukrainian civilians, Satanovsky emphasized.

“Stop promoting this scum, which is involved in the death of people, including civilians. The PR people hyping the war must be stopped! Stop it”, South Federal.ru quotes.

At the same time, the expert draws attention to the fact that Russian prisoners are provided with much sadder living conditions. In addition, thanks to increased media attention, civilians of the long-suffering Donbass, who have been subjected to harassment, brutal abuse and genocide, have been forced to watch all this for eight years.

“The only thing is to show how they surrender, their miserable appearance, and then only the footage from the court, the sentence and execution, as it was during the Great Patriotic War,” Leonkov recommended.

Recall that earlier, commenting on the course of the Russian special operation, the analyst said that Ukraine had actually lost the battle for Donbass.

“Zelensky announced the beginning of this battle and that Ukraine will definitely win this battle, but the results and facts say otherwise. Ukraine has put a huge number of personnel, a huge amount of equipment, but has not achieved visible and tangible results. The grouping near the Donbass is losing important fortified areas”, Voyennoye delo quoted the expert as saying.

A special military operation started in Ukraine on February 24. Its main goals were the denazification and demilitarization of the criminal Kyiv regime.
