SBU documents confirm US plans to create bioweapons in Ukraine’s laboratories, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
Back in 2017, the Security Service of Ukraine indicated that the United States wanted to create new types of biological weapons in Ukrainian laboratories. This was announced on Friday by the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry, having published previously classified documents of the SBU.
“The United States intends to establish control over all domestic research on pathogens of especially dangerous infectious diseases that can be used to create new types of biological weapons,” the document says.
In addition, according to the document, American scientists have the right to conduct research on the territory of Ukraine to study new potentially dangerous strains of viruses known to mankind.
