American military analyst Scott Ritter commented on the latest developments of the global situation.
According to his words, there is an important aspect – after all, the conflict in Ukraine is not limited to armed confrontation. One of the reasons why the United States stepped up its support for Ukraine is the complete belief that economic sanctions will bring Russia down, bring it to its knees.
“It didn’t work. Everything happened exactly the opposite! Times are not easy for Russia, but there will be no devastation. Unlike Europe, which is on the verge of economic collapse. Now is not the best time to be with Europe! And we haven’t even begun to discuss how things will go when the cold weather sets in. Then it will be really bad. Not many governments will survive this winter”, the expert is sure.
