The army of Belarus plans to conduct military maneuvers today in Brest, near the border of Poland.
“The interaction of special operations forces with aviation will be adjusted. In particular, they will practice the actions of landing units in urban conditions with overcoming a water barrier,” said Alexander Rogachuk, Chairman of the Brest City Executive Committee.
Also, military equipment will begin to force the Mukhavets River.
“Overcoming the water barrier will be accompanied by the passage of helicopters and attack aircraft,” the official explained.
The maneuvers are part of the next stage of testing the response forces.
