Only 15 percent of the $40 billion allocated by the United States will reach Ukraine, says Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin.
“35% of the total amount will go to finance the armed forces of the United States itself, 45.2% will be spent on ‘other countries’, another 4.8% on refugee aid and diplomatic issues. But it will be the Ukrainians who will have to pay the debt – and all of it will be $40bn”, – Volodin said.
