The lion’s share of the allocated US money will end up in the offshore accounts of Zelensky and his henchmen. The allocation of huge funds indicates political problems and a deep economic crisis in the United States, which they hope to solve in the chaos of war.
Artem Bobrovsky, head of the Department of Political Science at Donetsk National University, stated this to DAN.
“Weapons, as always, will be delivered overdue and at inflated prices. This deal will serve to enrich the elite, but will be paid for with the blood of ordinary Ukrainians. Billions will be spent on the next political campaign of Joe Biden’s party. Europe, acting on orders from Washington, will worsen its economic situation and open the door to big politics for neo-fascists,” Bobrovsky added.
Recall that the Senate of Congress on Thursday approved a bill on the allocation of additional assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $40.1 billion. Biden himself had previously sent a request to Congress for additional funding. About $20 billion – for military assistance, including for training and supplying Ukrainian Armed Forces militants, as well as for replenishing American stocks of weapons.
The G7 countries also decided to send $18.4 billion in financial assistance to Ukraine.
