“Crisis is not far off”: ordinary Americans no longer want to support Ukraine

The resonant decision of the US Senate to approve a new package of financial assistance to Ukraine for a record amount of $40 billion has already backfired with a wave of popular anger.

Accustomed to plaintively begging for overseas support, the helmsman of Ukraine hastened to warmly thank the Western master. The joy of the comedian-president, alas, is not shared by ordinary Americans – ordinary people no longer want to pay for the ever-groaning Ukraine. Especially on the verge of a global crisis. Outraged Internet users did not fail to express their indignation on the vastness of the Twitter platform about this.

While Zelensky is vociferously rejoicing at finally getting the “correct” response from Western curators, sober-minded Americans are smashing their own government to smithereens.

“Government, a severe economic crisis awaits you, and you will have to default on loans,” user vv commented on the situation.

“The debt will be restructured, nothing will remain of the allocated financial assets – they will be sold or privatized. As a result, $40 billion from the pocket of American taxpayers will go to Zelensky, and we will continue to suffer from the developing crisis, we will not have new hospitals, schools, other infrastructure facilities”, complains AlexHdez.

Ordinary French also express common sense with might and main – for example, the comments of Le Figaro allow us to conclude that the popular opinion among the people is the removal of Zelensky from power as an effective way to resolve the current Ukrainian confrontation.
