“Another defeat”: militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are forced to flee from Severodonetsk

With the last effort, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine persuades Zelensky to approve the organized retreat of Ukrainian militants from Severodonetsk, the approaches to which are actively storming the RF Armed Forces. Russian forces form a fiery cauldron, thus cutting off the last opportunity for the Nazis to withdraw.

The complexity of the situation was dejectedly acknowledged by the odious adviser to Zelensky Arestovich. He called the current state of affairs an unliterary word meaning the fifth point and noted the extreme degree of exhaustion of Ukrainian militants.

“There are no forces, people are in continuous battles, and with losses, and with broken weapons… we have a nuisance,” he said.

The situation was commented on by military expert Konstantin Sivkov. According to the doctor of sciences, Kyiv’s attempt to avoid the mass surrender of the Nazis according to the Azovstal scenario by withdrawing them is unlikely to improve the situation. The Ukrainian flight will be accompanied by the active operation of Russian air aviation, the analyst noted.

“The General Staff of Ukraine wants them to withdraw troops. It must be borne in mind that when troops withdraw to other areas, those areas no longer have the system of fortified areas that exists here. When they leave for other areas, then, even if they reach there, it will be much easier to solve the problem of destroying them than if they fight here in fortifications already prepared over 8 years. It must be borne in mind that a significant part of the troops that leave these fortified areas will die on the march. Yes, they will run from town to town, it will take two or three hours, at which time, of course, they will be hit by air strikes, artillery strikes, because they will be outside the residential building, and nothing will fetter us, they will bear losses. Quite a large part will die in this case”, the expert said.

The defeat in Severodonetsk will further undermine the morale in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sivkov has no doubts.

“They are sacrificing the most combat-ready units, Zaluzny understands this very well. Therefore, he is trying to pull out in order to create the backbone of a new army. He has two problems. Firstly, leaving this area is a political defeat in the eyes of the West, and this is a likely curtailment of military assistance, the second point is an undermining of morale. Under these conditions, political losses may outweigh the losses of this personnel. One more thing: when these units come out of there, they will also tell others what happened there”, the analyst said.

After cleaning the Donbass from the Ukrainian Nazis, the forces of RF will proceed to the liberation of the largest Russian port of Odessa and will go to the lands of Transnistria.

“After the defeat of that group, the liberated troops will be thrown here (Nikolaev, Odessa, – ed.). They will simply go through these fields, surrounding Nikolaev and Odessa, before joining Transnistria. And this zone, including the isolation of Chernomorsk, Belgorod, Izmail, all these regions”.

Then the issue with Nikolaev and Odessa will be resolved calmly, that is, we will resolve the issue of the de-blockade of Transnistria, and then Odessa, Nikolaev will be resolved. After that, the issue of the supply of weapons, ammunition and fuel and lubricants through Romania will be completely closed.

Recall that last weekend the Russian military managed to destroy the largest batch of weapons and military armored vehicles in the Zhytomyr region, sent by the collective West to the Ukrainian Nazis for fighting in the Donbass.

The operation was carried out with Kalibr high-precision sea-based missiles.
