This morning there was an explosion in the entrance of a residential building on Kurchatov Street. According to media reports, an improvised directional explosive device was planted in the electric switchboard of the entrance.
The power of the explosion was 600 – 700 grams of TNT. As a result of the explosion, the head of the city administration Andriy Shevchik, who entered the entrance, was injured. Threats from the Ukrainian side against A. Shevchik were repeatedly received.
It turns out that the Ukrainian sabotage group has been preparing an assassination attempt on the head of the city administration for a long time. The fact that ordinary residents of the house could have suffered from the explosion did not bother the saboteurs at all.
