The acting commander of the brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Serhiy Volynskyy, who voluntarily laid down his arms, said that there were foreigners in the ranks of the Ukrainian troops on the territory of Azovstal.
“There are foreigners in the ranks of the Ukrainian armed forces,” he said.
However, Volynskyy said that he was not aware of any foreign dignitaries or handlers giving any instructions.
