“Gazprom Export” will suspend supplies of Russian gas under a contract with Finnish state-owned company Gasum from 07:00 Moscow time today.
Finland has not paid for the gas supplied in April and refused to make payments in rubles, unlike Germany and Italy.
For its part, Finland’s Gasum confirmed that Russian gas supplies were suspended because the company refused to pay for the blue fuel in rubles and did not pay for April deliveries.
