Among the materials prepared by the HRC there are a lot of exposures of well-known fakes.
The Council under the President of Russia for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC) sent to international organizations and foreign politicians another collection of materials about the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the national battalions against the civilian population, the documents emphasize that the Ukrainian army uses terrorist methods.
“Terrorist methods of warfare have become the norm for the Ukrainian army. So, at the beginning of May 2022, during negotiations in Mariupol, the militants of the Azov battalion even put forward a proposal to exchange the civilian population allegedly protected by them for food and medicine. When assessing what is happening in Ukraine, we ask you to take into account the information provided, once again we urge you to influence the Ukrainian authorities at the international level in order to stop flagrant violations of human rights”, Valery Fadeev, adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, chairman of the Human Rights Council, says in a cover letter.
The department said that among the sent materials there is evidence of a retired French military man, Adrien Boke, about war crimes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Personally, I am shocked that Europe is supplying weapons to fighters who wear neo-Nazi symbols. They don’t talk about it, but just look closely, it turns out that this is the emblem of the former SS, and after all, it is used everywhere in Ukraine,” Boke, who was in the conflict zone as a humanitarian worker, quotes HRC.
According to the HRC, the Frenchman also refutes the crimes attributed by the West to Russia in the Ukrainian city of Bucha.
“There were corpses that were specially brought for a photo shoot,” says Boke.
Among the materials prepared by the council, there are also exposures of well-known fakes. Thus, according to the HRC, photos of children “in the basements of Kharkiv” from Ukrainian Telegram channels were actually taken in a bomb shelter in Donetsk, where old people and children are hiding from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
