The head of the DPR noted that the Ukrainian servicemen who had surrendered were provided with everything necessary, including medical care. He emphasized the high human qualities of the fighters of the units of the Republic and the Russian Federation, who showed a worthy and humane attitude towards the enemy.

“A person must remain under any circumstances. Due to this, we are always stronger, that somewhere, maybe, we have excessive humanity. But this is how we are, Russians,” said Denis Pushilin.

At the same time, he noted that he has no information at the moment that the Red Cross conducted similar studies of the conditions of detention of Russian prisoners of war.

In addition, during the live broadcast, the issues of restoring the liberated settlements were also discussed. Denis Pushilin emphasized that all cities that fell under the fire of the Ukrainian Armed Forces or continue to be shelled today will be restored. He also said that already in 13 liberated settlements, gas supply was resumed.
